World's Fourth Highest Telecommunications Tower Growing Higher

TEHRAN -- The world's fourth highest tower which is being constructed here by an Iranian construction company will have a height of 430 meters. This high tower which is being built simultaneously with the construction of a five star international hotel and an international conference hall is to be used for telecommunications and for Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) Organization. These days the people are following up the construction of the tower and the issue has become part of the everyday talk of the people.

The construction work of the tower is being followed up round-the-clock and at the end of the day numerous powerful flood lights allow Iranian engineers to continue their work until early hours of the day. The skyscraper is being constructed at the end of Koy-e-Nasr avenue beside the Shahid Hemmat Expressway and presently it has reached third of its height.
